Can I use QUARA® even if my connectors are not from ARaymond?

Yes, QUARA® can be trained on any connector with an audible confirmation. ARaymond can also work with you to find a suitable connector solution if needed.

What kind of connectors does QUARA® work with?

QUARA® can be used with all fluid and electrical connectors for automotive systems and for any other system with fluid and electrical lines.

How long does it take to get QUARA® set up?

You should expect your first workstation to take around six months. This includes an initial feasibility study at ARaymond labs, testing and data collection on your assembly line, training the solution on your data, test deployment with remote monitoring by ARaymond, and, finally, full implementation.

What kind of ROI can I expect?

QUARA® can eliminate the vast majority of faulty and forgotten connections. Multiply the number of missed connections per year by the cost of rework, and you will get an idea of the potential savings. Once you have one workstation set up with QUARA®, additional workstations can be set up more easily. The more workstations equipped, the faster the payback and the greater the returns.
