Our Quick Connectors limit assembly effort and cycle times; they also improve assembly-line ergonomics and productivity. They ensure an easy, quick, and safe connection: an “all or nothing” audible click confirms that the Quick Connector has been completely and correctly fitted. Choose from dismountable products for easy removability or a permanent connection that offers long-term safety.
All of our Quick Connectors are 100% leak tested in our factory, guaranteeing you a safe connection. The different locking systems available all feature clear proof of correct assembly to reduce non-quality costs. And all of our Quick Connectors are engraved in our factory for 100% traceability from raw material to end product.

A comprehensive range of robust, reliable quick connectors
ARaymond pioneered plastic Quick Connectors, developing and patenting our first two-button Quick Connector more than two decades ago. Over the years we have invested heavily in innovation to continue to meet and exceed our customers changing expectations.
ARaymond’s patented P2L® (Push to Lock) Quick Connector gives both visual and tactile confirmation that the connection is secure. The lock can only latch once the end piece is fully engaged and it is larger and more robust than other solutions so that tubes can be crimped more substantially without compromising the connection.
Our CLock® Quick Connectors are recommended for cooling water lines in equipment like boilers or water heaters for internal water flow circulation, or gas boiler secondary circuit connections. A metal clip is used to lock the device in place. To disconnect the end piece, just lift the metal clip. These Quick Connectors can accommodate large diameters up to 32 mm and are designed to withstand high pressure for high flow rates.
E-lock® Quick Connectors are ideal for cooling water lines, offering the advantages of cost savings and minimal insertion force.
They are suitable for condensate evacuation lines in hot water tanks and air conditioners, where high pressure is not required and flow rates are low.
The Quick Connector has just two components, a body and a watertight seal, for lower production costs. Our E-lock QCs come in a variety of shapes and diameters.

The Selfy Quick Connector made connection operations on the production line more efficient, exceeding the customer’s expectations. The robust, compact Selfy Quick Connector gives the operator foolproof connection with audible, tactile, and visual confirmation of a secure connection.

ARaymond’s expansive catalog of Quick Connector designs and accessories includes solutions for secure connections in all situations.
ARaymond™ Quick Connectors can now accommodate a wide range of diameters from 6.30-1/4’’ to Ø 37 metric standard. They are suitable for any packaging environment with a wide range of geometries, angles from 0° to 90°, and multiways. And, for easier access, the button or lock is available at a variety of angles.
Our Assembly Check accessory confirms that the SAE J2044 end piece connection is secure. Our two-button Quick Connectors come with two versions of the accessory.
The first is a plastic pull tab that is ejected automatically to confirm that the end piece is fully engaged; the tabs can be counted for quality control. The second is a poka yoke that confirms that the correct end piece has been used.

ARaymond Quick Connectors offer a wide range of value-added features to make your products’ fluid lines more efficient, reduce the number of components, and streamline assembly for lower Total Cost of Ownership.
This ARaymond Quick Connector is a smart, compact, two-in-one solution for fluid connection and pressure measurement. A pressure sensor takes measurements inside the tank and on the fluid line. To change the measurement range, simply change the sensor-no additional parts are required.
Temperature sensors and actuators are also available on request.
The valves integrated into our Quick Connectors require no additional action on the part of the operator to be mounted or switched on.
Shut-off valve: Open when connected to an end piece and closed when disconnected.
One-way valve: Allows fluid to flow in one direction only.
Calibrated valve: Opens at a given fluid pressure and allows fluid to flow in one direction only.
Pressure regulator: Allows adjustments to the fluid for when accurate pressure control is required in relation to a functional pressure/flow rate curve.
The RG® Valve: Allows priming with the system for when access is required for maintenance or troubleshooting. The valve is manually opened or closed and has a drain feature.
