Mix and match to create your ideal solution
With more than 5,000 modular swivel clip components, ARaymond offers a virtually-infinite number of multidirectional fastening solutions available in a wide range of diameters and designs. Combine male and female parts to create your custom fastener, which can be delivered to you pre-assembled or manually-assembled at your plant.
ARaymond all-in-one panel fasteners can reduce the number of parts and simplify assembly. Choose from metal parts to reduce vibration or plastic for cost-effectiveness and corrosion-resistance. Our screwless fasteners can accommodate most panel sizes and configurations. Our snap-fit panel fasteners are invisible after mounting. All of our fasteners are fast and easy to assemble.
Edge panel clips
Our edge panel clips for manual mounting require no holes, screws, welds, rivets, or other secondary fastening devices. They slide quickly and easily over metal, plastic or wooden panels, and integrated barbs ensure a tight grip and vibration-free assembly. With a variety of designs, including an upturned lead lip to ease assembly on panel edges, ARaymond has a solution to meet your needs.
Snap clips
Snap clips are designed for light assembly situations where removability is a factor, making them ideal for trim and close-out for applications like vending machine and furniture. ARaymond snap clips snap in just seconds without tools or screws, and have self-balancing legs for a snug, rattle-free grip. They are also invisible after mounting, giving exposed panels a clean, finished appearance.
Dart clips
Dart clips can be mounted tool- and screw-free from the front or the top of the panel, eliminating a number of blind or limited-access fastening situations. Components are secured between the base and knuckles of the clip by spring tension
Push rivets and pins
Our push rivets and push pins are fast and easy to mount with a simple manual push-to-lock design. Self-expanding legs ensure excellent pull-out resistance without sacrificing serviceability.

Assembly improves fan performance
Our special U-shaped and V-shaped self-retaining fasteners balance fan blade weight, keeping vibration (which can break down bearing lubricants and loosen fasteners over time) under a given threshold to improve fan performance.
ARaymond threaded fasteners, compatible with the majority of assembly environments, are as dependable as traditional threaded fasteners with the added versatility of spring steel. Our standard catalog includes fastening solutions for most panel sizes, orientations, and thicknesses, as well as solutions for metric, self-taping, and PT thread screws.
Panel edge nuts
Panel edge nuts are a preferred alternative to machine screws for faster, more cost-effective assembly. They are easy to assemble with no special tools and can be used in place of clinch nuts and weld nuts to fasten mating panels quickly and easily. The nut slides onto the panel edge and over the panel hole, self-retains in screw-receiving position, does not turn as the screw is driven in, and will not freeze on screw threads.
ARaymond panel edge nuts are also easy to disassemble. An integrated anti-creeping mechanism enables mounting on plastic panels and corrects alignment with holes. The barrel comes in prevailing-torque and free-spinning versions, and integrated guide flaps are available for integration into automated assembly processes.
Expansion nuts and plastic push-in nuts
ARaymond push-in nuts are ideal for blind and center-panel locations where only one side of the panel can be accessed. No special tools or skills are required. The nuts simply snap in and are self-retained by spring legs. The plastic material helps reduce corrosion and provides a watertight assembly.
Bolt retainers
In certain situations it makes sense to preassemble the bolt and panel. Our bolt retainer is held in place by a bolt and then can “hang” from the bolt, leaving both operator’s hands free during assembly.

When removability and aesthetics are a must
Self-equalizing retaining legs in a dart-like configuration ensure snug, rattle-free installation in just seconds, without tools. The parts snap into the panel hole, and then accept a stud. The parts are invisible after mounting, giving exposed panel surfaces an attractive finish. They are ideal for attaching trim strips, name plates, or any lightweight panel application where removability is a factor.
Our threaded retainers are threaded and self-threading for easy assembly and maximum retention at a low cost-per-fastener. They cannot be loosened by vibration, but can be easily loosened when needed. And, because they eliminate the problem of rust-frozen screw threads, these fasteners are ideal for HVAC, white goods, and other similar equipment.
Speed Nuts®
Speed Nuts® are used with screws to hold two panels together. They require less torque than standard hex nuts and can be installed before painting so threads won’t fill. They are ideal for small electrical and mechanical equipment, where space is limited.
Palnut® Stamped Nuts
Palnut® Stamped Nuts lock tightly with studs, preventing disassembly. They can be used instead of traditional hex nuts to reduce weight or for applications requiring lower torque. These washer-style nuts have an integrated washer that compensates for component build variations. The all-in-one design can replace several smaller parts, and a seal can be added to reduce noise and ensure a watertight assembly.
Push-on stud retainers are an easy way to hold screws or bolts in place before the nut is positioned and tightened. ARaymond’s catalog of shaft retainers covers smooth studs, metric studs, weld-studs, and grooved studs or shafts. Ideal for trim mounting, push-on stud retainers offer tool-free assembly, saving time. They are also very compact for when space is limited.

The perfect finish for products with visible stud ends
Our decorative push-on fasteners hide unattractive shaft, stud, or rod ends. Available in metal and plastic and in a variety of colors, our push-on fasteners enhance the appearance of any product while providing dependable, vibration resistant assembly. ARaymond™ Palnuts® are available as one- or two-piece caps, depending on the kind of finish desired. ARaymond™ Palnuts® are ideal for a wide range of products, including toys, garbage cans, wheels, and coolers.
If you need to protect your products from dust and water infiltration and keep plastic from creeping, our wide range of protecting and finishing fasteners is ideal. All components are easily mounted (clip or push-in assembly) and certain products come pre-assembled.
Metal anti-creeping rings
Stabilize your screw points with ARaymond anti-creeping rings. We offer a wide range of designs for different panel thicknesses. Anti-creeping rings transmit the screw’s locking torque and keep plastic from creeping.
Grommets & plugs
When wires and tubes pass through panel holes, grommets keep them from being damaged. When adjusted to fit the wire or tube diameter, our grommets offer a tight seal to prevent water and dust infiltration; they also reduce vibration and vibration-related noise. Our plugs also offer a tight seal against water and dust, and some are available with integrated water evacuation.
Ground your products in just one step. Once attached to a panel edge or stud, our grounding clips ensure electrical conductivity between metal panels and electrical wiring. Lightweight and tool-free for easy assembly, clips feature inner teeth to ensure high pull-off resistance. Faster, more ergonomic assembly and streamlined logistics also help lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Grounding wire connectors for electric wires with sheathing
Our grounding clips for electric wires with sheathing ensure conductivity between a panel edge and a H07V-K6-type grounding wire, making them ideal for use in electrical cabinets. The wire sheathing is cut and the wire is connected and attached to the frame in just one movement.
Lugged grounding connectors for electric wires with lugs
These connectors ensure conductivity between a metal edge panel or a stud and a grounding wire with a lug connector. The panel edge clips have sharp teeth for high pull-off resistance and a reliable connection even when metal panels are painted or given other surface treatments. They are easily mounted onto panel edges manually or with a mallet.
